We offer a variety of HIIT & strength classes, with a touch of yoga.
Strength: Is designed to create space for you to explore the power of your body. We’ll focus on form & technique helping you build a strong foundation and gain confidence in what your body is capable of. We look forward to helping you explore and push beyond what you thought you could do. *this class is split into upper body, lower body, and full body workouts depending on the day.
CircHIIT: This class is a crowd favorite. CircHIIT is a 50 minute class broken up into a 10-12 minute dynamic warm up, 30 minute circuit around the studio using a variety of equipment like our TRX bands, plyo boxes, stairs, weights and more. We end with a thoughtful cool down to release the workout.
Yoga + HIIT: A 50 minute class that starts with a 20 minute warm up combining yoga, core, and movements from the main seat to help prep you for the 25 minute HIIT segment. We end class with a yoga flow to ease you back into your day.
YOGA SCULPT: This is a workout party. Get ready to move and groove to big beats as we blend basic vinyasa yoga poses with strength training, core and cardio movements.
