Motto: “Keep it light”. Life’s too short to take things too seriously, and at the end of the day it’s just a fitness class. 😉 My goal in every class I teach is to make each member smile or laugh. Connection is also huge to me. Name shout outs and making you feel seen and remembered is very important to me as your instructor.

Fun thing about me: I LOVE cats! So much so I was even a professional cat sitter in Minneapolis. If you ever need someone to watch your cats, I’m your girl!

Jade Vespa

I embarked on my coaching journey during high school, where I coached elementary-aged children in a dynamic summer swimming program. This experience ignited a profound desire within me to empower individuals in reaching their goals.
Fast forward to 2016, when I undertook the CrossFit Certification Course, achieving my Level 1 coaching certification. Since then, I have been dedicated to guiding and motivating gym members and clients both in-person and online, ensuring their success and growth.

Motto-

I have a few mottos that help me in multiple areas of my life, but the one I use the most is:

How you do anything is How you do Everything.

It reminds me to be my best self in all situations, no matter how mundane they can be.

Motto
"Everything you need is already within you"
In class or outside of class it's so important to keep the positive comments rolling. Your thoughts are a pretty powerful tool. If your mind believes it, your body will achieve it. In class, my goal is to help everyone find that positive energy to uplift themselves and walk away with a win, big or small.
