Jade Vespa
I embarked on my coaching journey during high school, where I coached elementary-aged children in a dynamic summer swimming program. This experience ignited a profound desire within me to empower individuals in reaching their goals.
Fast forward to 2016, when I undertook the CrossFit Certification Course, achieving my Level 1 coaching certification. Since then, I have been dedicated to guiding and motivating gym members and clients both in-person and online, ensuring their success and growth.
I also have my yoga sculpt certification.
Motto-
I have a few mottos that help me in multiple areas of my life, but the one I use the most is:
How you do anything is How you do Everything.
It reminds me to be my best self in all situations, no matter how mundane they can be.

Certifications:
AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor
Certified CPR/FA provider
I live in Duluth with my husband and golden retriever Goose. I love getting outside any chance I get! Whether to get my body moving through running, walking, rollerblading, hiking, etc. or to just sit and relax in my hammock with a good book by the lake!
This is my first experience teaching as a group fitness instructor! But I have always loved getting my body moving through running cross country and track & field at the University of Minnesota Duluth, as well as attending different fitness classes over the past many years. I look forward to encouraging others to move their bodies in ways that feel great to them!

I’m passionate about helping you feel strong, confident, and empowered through movement. I strive to create classes that are both challenging and uplifting, where everyone feels encouraged, supported and welcome! I'm so excited to have the opportunity to move and connect with the Movo community
I began teaching in December 2025 and have quickly fallen in love with it. Since then, I’ve been teaching barre classes and continuing to grow as an instructor, with a focus on creating a positive, motivating experience for every person who walks into my class.

Elise Yeager
Hi! I’m Elise. I’m originally from Clearwater, Minnesota, and moved to Duluth in 2023 for an internship at Minnesota Power. After my internship, I was fortunate to join the company full-time, and I’ve loved calling Duluth home ever since.
Outside of work, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Running was my passion for years, and I’ve completed Grandma’s Marathon twice along with several half marathons. By late 2025, though, I started feeling burnt out from the constant training and wanted to explore a new way to move my body. That’s when I discovered Pilates and barre—and it completely changed my perspective on fitness.
Every class left me feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered. I knew I wanted to help others experience that same feeling, so I pursued my Pilates certification in North Carolina and later earned my barre certification at Pulse in Duluth. Today, I’m incredibly grateful to teach both Pilates and barre at MOVO Studio. My goal is to create classes that help people build strength, gain confidence, and leave feeling just a little more empowered than when they walked in.
Addy Bordthauser
Certification: AFAA group fitness instructor
Hi everyone! My name is Addy Bordthauser, and I'm currently a junior at UMD majoring in Marketing with minors in Entrepreneurship and Health & Wellness Coaching.
I was first introduced to Group Fitness during my freshman year, and I instantly fell in love with it. Starting college was overwhelming, and attending classes gave me a sense of routine, confidence, and community when I needed it most. After spending a year as a participant, I decided to become certified and start teaching so I could help others experience the same positive impact that Group Fitness had on me.
I've been teaching for almost a year and primarily instruct high-energy barre, Pilates, and sculpt fusion classes. I love creating fun, challenging workouts paired with upbeat playlists that keep the energy high and make fitness something people genuinely look forward to. More than anything, I hope every person who walks into my class feels welcomed, supported, and leaves feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.
Motto: Move your body because you can, not because you have to.
