We invite you to grab your bestie and join us for our 4th annual Galentine's Day workout. This is special 60 minute workout party that will combine a variety of our class styles taught by a some of our team members.

WHAT: Are you signed up for Grandma's Marathon or half marathon? Or looking for a group to run with this spring? We'd love to have you join us to help you prep for race day. 

We meet Tuesday night's for speed and interval work. Saturday's will be dedicated to long endurance runs. You'll also get a weekly 30 minute strength and mobility recording that you can do on your own.

COST: $185. This Includes 16 week training plan, two runs a week, coaching support, branded NPRC swag, a weekly 30 minute strength and mobility recording, and 20% off Movo Studio classes|events
