Slow Flow x Sound Bath

Join us for a 75 minute Slow Flow x Sound Bath Experience.

A calming blend of gentle movement, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.

You’ll start with a slow flow yoga practice to release tension and reconnect with your body. From there, we’ll ease into stillness with meditation and the restorative vibrations of a sound bath to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Full Moon 5K Fun Run

Once a month we run under the full moon, and this one will be a special one. The last super moon of the year. Our last full moon 5K of the year.

This a free fun run. Dogs and jogging strollers are always welcome. All levels and paces of classes are welcome.

This a fun run to bring people together and feel a little adventure as we run under the full moon.
