Friday’s workout

4x 5 minute rounds

3m:

  • 5 push-ups

  • 10 lunge jumps

  • 20 shoulder taps

1m: drop squats 

1m: arch taps

Equipment needed

- A mat and or space to move

Workout Description

- Go through the whole workout 4 times (4, 5 minute rounds)

- Start with the 3 minute AMRAP going through 5 push-ups, 10 lunge jumps, and 20 shoulder taps as many times as you can in 3 minutes. At minute 3 go right into 1 minute of drop squats. At minute 4 go right into 1 minute of arch taps. At minute 5 go back to the 3 minute AMRAP picking up where you left off. Repeat the workout 3 more times. 


*remember to listen to your body. Slow down if you need to. Stop if anything is hurting or creating a shooting or pinching feeling. Modify and adjust movements and exercises when and where you need to.
